IRock Crushers promoted Howard Malhado to director of product support.
With more than a decade of on-site technical and equipment troubleshooting experience at IRock, Malhado offers a robust skill set and a talent for productive collaboration, the company says. In his new role, he will lead, direct and develop product support and after-market solutions for dealers and end users.
IRock adds that Malhado will work with and support the operations, product development and sales departments to further enhance overall customer service, satisfaction, safety and dealer and direct customer profitability.

As the director of product support, Malhado will lead departmental initiatives and oversee a team of product support managers and specialists to further enhance IRock’s overall growth and profitability. Along with these responsibilities, IRock says Malhado will capture the “voice of the customer,” oversee collection of field data for existing products and conduct market research to substantiate product development initiatives.
